House Rules

• Check-in: After 2 PM and Check-out: Before 11 AM

• Only registered guests are allowed; no additional visitors or day guests.

• Parties and loud music are not permitted beyond 10 PM.

• Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation.

• Strictly no smoking inside the villa/rooms.

• Illegal activities, including drug use or possession of firearms, are prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; management is not liable for any loss or damage.

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Driving License, or Passport) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

• Violation of these rules may result in cancellation of stay without a refund.

•Security Deposit: ₹3,000 per villa (refundable).

Cancellation Policy

• If booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if cancelled between 21-11 days before checkin date

• Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your checkin date, would not be refunded.

• If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.

• The guest is not entitled to any refund while rescheduling is possible*

• Cancellation for peak dates, long weekends, Christmas & New Year will not be accepted.

• You will be staying in a fully private 2BHK beachside villa in Mandrem, Goa.

• The property is located directly on the beach but does not offer direct beach views.

• The villa is right next to Prana Cafe and close to nearby cafes, yoga spaces, restaurants, and Mandrem Beach attractions.

• Daily housekeeping is included during the stay.

• Chef services, scooter rentals, taxi arrangements, and local assistance can be arranged on request.

• During monsoon season, occasional power or Wi-Fi fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions beyond our control.

• This villa is perfect for couples, families, peaceful beach holidays, workations, and long relaxing stays in Goa.
