Artios didn't come from a real estate background — it came from three years of learning the rental market in Goa, sale by sale, listing by listing, until the gaps became impossible to ignore. Most property management was built for spreadsheets, not for the people living in the space or the owner who'd trusted it to someone else.
So it was built differently — on-ground teams who know each property by name, a reservations desk that actually answers, and a founder who still reads the reviews herself.
Years later, Artios manages homes across two coastlines. The size has changed. The way it's run hasn't.
